White spots

Hi guys,
well...how should I start!?
Two days ago my Ranchu arrived from a german seller.I think he gets his fish from eli.
The fish is a 20cm red Ranchu.A Beauty.But it does not want to eat anything:(
Sadly it also has some white spots on the body.I dont think ist Ichtyo(i dont know the english or dutch word for it).The spots are really small and more round.
If it is Ichtyo,is my fish in danger?
I try to make a photo.But ist really difficult!

Isn't it just stress from the journey? Maybe he just needs to acclimatize.

Concerning the white spots, it would be a lot easier if you could post a picture...

Looks like it's missing quite a few scales.
I would give him a 2,5% salt dip now, on the fourth day and on the eight day (during WC would be best).
From now on 0,5% salt in the tank during the next 2 weeks and i would personally slowly raise the temperature to +/- 26'C.
Keep the tank dark the first 4 days. Don't feed. Then a 100% WC (don't forget to use salt again). After WC try feeding it just once a day a little bit.
